iSpy Tampa Bay

Let’s Go on a Family Adventure!

The iSpy Tampa Bay Program offers a platform for preschoolers aged 3-5 to explore science and nature through play, both in the classroom and at home.

Through partnerships with The Florida Aquarium, Glazer Children’s Museum, MOSI, and Zoo Tampa, active participants receive temporary family passes to help children foster curiosity, enhances vocabulary, and stimulates imaginative thinking through engaging play-based activities.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements

Interested in participating in iSpy Tampa Bay?
See if you are eligible and what is required to participate. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Programs must reside in Hillsborough County. 
  • Valid contract with SR/VPK with ELCHC
  • Have 1 or more classrooms with 3-5 years olds
  • Be in good standing with USDA, no Class 1 violations

Participation Requirements

  • Attend 3 Community of Practice events
  • Complete 8 + hours of initiative specific professional development
  • Conduct 1+ educator family meet up at each partnering attractions
  • Complete 1 or more Family Engagement Event(s) 
  • Participate in the STEM & Story end of year celebration
