Nichole "Nikki" Gonzalez

Nikki has worked in education for over 17 years, starting as a kindergarten teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Adult Education. With Certifications in Elementary Education and Special Education, Nikki spent 10 years in an elementary classroom, teaching Kindergarten – 3rd grade. Nikki also spent over 5 years as a coach and mentor to teachers in Early Childhood classrooms. She is passionate about professional development and supporting early childhood educators to provide equitable and inclusive learning experiences for young children. Once joining the ELCHC, she became certified in CLASS Observer tool for Infant, Toddler, & Preschool ages. She is certified an as MMCI (Class Group Coaching) instructor for all ages and is a Creative Curriculum instructor for Preschool age. Nikki is certified as a Community of Practice instructor and is a Flamingo certified coach. As the manager of Initiatives and Projects, Nikki oversees the iSpy, HITI, and HELN programs.
Nikki has a wonderful husband, 2 dogs and enjoys spending time with her family, going to local beaches, restaurants, and reading.
