Nikki Roberts

Highgrade Concepts Inc. CEO

Nikki Roberts brings over a decade of hands-on business experience into the work she does with organizations and leaders. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a strong background in business strategy, she focuses on helping people simplify systems, improve communication, and work more efficiently without losing the human side of what they do.

As the founder of Highgrade Concepts, Nikki has worked closely with business owners and program leaders to build practical solutions that actually hold up in real day-to-day operations. She understands the pace, pressure, and responsibility that comes with running an early learning program. In the early learning space, she supports directors, owners, and educators by helping them stay organized, improve communication, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and build systems that are easy to maintain.

Nikki's approach is grounded in real-life application. She doesn't teach theory. She focuses on what works.
