About this Course

Understand Key Concepts: Learners will be able to define and explain essential terms related to the new VPK Provider Performance Metrics and Designation.

Understand the components of the Performance Metric: Participants will gain the skills to accurately convey the three components that make up the performance metric and how they relate to the final performance metric designation.

Interpret Performance Designations: Learners will be equipped to interpret VPK provider performance designations and understand their implications, including how to identify areas for improvement and identify resources to enhance overall understanding of the performance metric.
