The Art of Leadership: Developing People

Strong leadership is not just important; it is absolutely essential for creating thriving early childhood programs. The Developing People book is designed specifically for Directors and Owners who are committed to strengthening their leadership practices by investing in the growth and success of their teams.
Participants will explore key concepts from the book, including how to identify staff strengths, support professional growth, and create a culture of continuous development within their programs. Through guided discussion, real-world scenarios, and collaborative activities, attendees will gain practical strategies to coach, mentor, and empower their staff more effectively.
This session will also provide an opportunity for peer connection and shared learning, allowing leaders to exchange ideas, reflect on current practices, and leave with actionable steps to implement immediately in their programs.
