Marci brings nearly three decades of experience supporting children and families through education, early intervention, and special education services. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services in 1996 and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Lesley College in 1999. Throughout her career, Marci has served as an ABA therapist, case manager, lead preschool teacher, and special education school team leader, providing individualized support, family training, educational assessments, and specialized instruction for young children.
Since 2020, Marci has served as an Early Intervention Screening Specialist with the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, supporting initiatives such as Day of Play, the Special Needs Rate program, and Warmline. She holds numerous certifications and specialized trainings, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ASQ Train-the-Trainer, Lastinger Coaching, Trauma & Resilience, FAIMH Infant/Toddler Endorsement, and CPR/First Aid/AED.
Outside of work, Marci enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, reading, and crafting. As a devoted Disney fan, she loves taking advantage of living close to Walt Disney World and visiting the parks with her family whenever possible.
