Ally Provau
Ally Provau is a dedicated early childhood education professional with extensive experience in quality improvement, data analysis, and workforce development. As a Quality Improvement Data Coordinator with the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, she works closely with educators, providers, and community partners to strengthen early learning programs through data-informed decision-making, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ally is passionate about supporting educators, enhancing program quality, and creating meaningful opportunities that positively impact children and families. Her expertise includes program assessment, training development, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory compliance within Florida’s School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) systems.
