Leila Rosado Rivera

Leila Rosado Rivera is an Early Intervention Specialist with the Early Learning Coalition of
Hillsborough County, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in social work, mental health, education, and child development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and is passionate about supporting children, families, and educators through early
intervention services. Before relocating to Florida, Leila spent more than 12 years working as a Social Worker and Clinical Social Worker in Puerto Rico, serving children, families, and older
adults in both community and healthcare settings. She also served as a Continuing Education Professor at UMET University, where she developed and facilitated professional training for social work practitioners. For the past seven years, Leila has been part of the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, where she partners with educators and families to support developmental screening, observation, individualized planning, inclusion, and positive outcomes for young
children. Leila is committed to empowering families and educators through meaningful partnerships that help every child reach their full potential.
