Early Intervention Specialist - Behavior

Lane Wasden

Lane discovered her passion for education while serving as a Student Success Coach with City Year in New York City, where she mentored and tutored elementary students in under-resourced schools. She later worked as a Parent Group Facilitator for the Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) Program, supporting children with behavioral challenges and their families, while also providing private tutoring services and earning her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Before joining the Early Learning Coalition in 2022, Lane provided direct behavior therapy services to children with special needs for more than three years. She has completed graduate-level coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through Regis College, with a focus on behavior assessment, intervention, ethical practices, and behavior analytic principles.
Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time with her son, exploring museums and theme parks, and singing at local karaoke events.
