Ingrid Sanchez
Ingrid Sanchez is an experienced professional dedicated to supporting families and young children through early intervention and developmental screening services. She has built her career working closely with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure children receive the support they need during their earliest and most critical years of development. Ingrid previously worked with the School District of Hillsborough County, where she gained valuable experience supporting children and educational teams.
Ingrid has been serving the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County for over 10 years. As an Early Intervention Specialist – Screening. In her role, she conducts developmental screenings, including ASQ’s, and works collaboratively with families, childcare providers, and community agencies to monitor children’s developmental progress within the School Readiness Program. She provides training, technical assistance, and connects families to essential resources that support children’s growth and long-term success. Ingrid is also a CLASS Observer and CLASS Trainer, supporting quality improvement efforts by guiding educators in implementing effective teacher-child interactions that promote positive learning environments. She is passionate about empowering families through early identification, education, and support, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in her community.
Outside of her professional work, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in her community, and finding time to relax and recharge.
