Enrique Montes

ELCHC Experience: Enrique believes that life is not what you get or even what you give, it’s what you become. His experience working with non-profit institutions, children, families and communities for over 9 years has given him a deep knowledge about the importance of values, education and community involvement as a basis for progress. Enrique joined the ELCHC in 2022, before that, spent 7 years working with the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project supporting families and their children, and 2 years working with the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County at the Family Resource Centers. As a professional and as one of his personal goals, he is always striving to make a difference in order to promote positive changes in individuals, families, communities, and organizations.
