Shamara Parker

Shamara has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems and obtained a generalist teaching certification in Early Childhood through 4th grade and Special Ed Early Childhood through 12th grade. Shamara has worked in the early childhood education field for over 13 years as a teacher, director, mentor, and facilitator. Since joining the ELCHC she is a certified CLASS observer in the Infant, Toddler, & Preschool tools, she is certified in Community of Practice and is a Flamingo Certified Coach. Shamara is a Master Facilitator for Virtual Learning, Train the Trainer for 10 Components of Quality Care for Infants & Toddlers and is trained as a coach and in the assessment tool.
Shamara is quite the adventure seeker and loves to salsa dance! She is truly passionate about the work she does and looks forward to working with the early educators in the community.
